omraldia

Omraldia – is a polyonom (a genre of neologisms) created as an acronym derived from “Origine Marquée Réalisée Avec L’aide De l’intelligence Artificielle”.

It was created in February 2024 to enable its creator to mark the web assets he created entirely, or in part, with artificial intelligence tools.

The use of the omraldia is open for others to adopt on the understanding that they provide attropiation (a form of acknowledgement) by adding a link to https://polyonom.com/omraldia

The initial design of the omraldia was a .png image measuring 540 x 540 pixels, with a transparent background.

Background and Etymology

The concept for the image came from discussions between Craig Galloway of Webilaro and Chris Davis of Mimicalism.

Its first iteration was called the “faritamitai”. Farita from the Esperanto for “made”, Mit from the German “with” appended with the initials “AI”.

The “omraldia” concept was created in an effort to make the idea and image more widely accessible.

Fortunately search engine queries for that combination of letters gave nil results.

Leaving the way open to adopt “omraldia”.
